Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jumbora.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

We aim to provide you with an experience that makes you feel elated about your purchase.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Most orders ship within 3-5 days of the placing order.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All Next Day Air orders must be submitted be by 11am EST to be dispatched same day. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by weather conditions or courier company delay delivery time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you like to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
